Whats the deal with the date at the start of the meta descriptions?
I have not really looked into this but I'm guessing its a blog thing?
The beautifully crafted meta description is now being cut short even though its within the character limit and is now only showing 36 characters!
Is there a way to remove this?

Google may be auto-including the date in the meta description if it appears near the start of the content. To avoid this, try moving the date further down in the HTML or using structured data to mark it separately. Starting the meta description with key phrases can also help focus Google on the main text.

i also had same problem in my website after that i asked for a help from a senior of mine he helped me solved that because this issue is same related to mine i will try to help you in same way i got rid of it
Ensure your meta description is relevant and engaging. Sometimes, including the primary keyword closer to the beginning can help. Additionally, check for any conflicting plugins or settings in your CMS that might be affecting the display.

Meta title not showing up correctly on SERP
We have an issue with some clients on a Wordpress CMS where title tags implemented on a Yoast SEO plugin for the Homepage are not coming up as we'd implemented them. However, the source code shows we'd implemented them correctly according to what we'd wanted.**For example, this is the title tag we implemented in the CMS:Towing Services Alberta | Jack's TowingSource code shows:Towing Services Alberta | Jack's TowingHowever, SERP results shows:**Jack's Towing | Towing Services Alberta This is not an issue with the rest of the other pages and there isn't a global template for our client's sites. Product content length & links within product description
Hello, I have questions regarding content length and links within descriptions. With our ecommerce site, we have thousands of products, each with a unique description. In the product description, I have links to the parent category and grandparent category (if it has one) in the main product text which is generally about 175 words. Then I have a last paragraph that's about 75 words that includes links to our main homepage and our main product catalogue page. Is the content length long enough? I used to use text that was 500 words, and shortening it I still rank when launching new products, so I don't think an increase in text length will have any additional benefit. I do see conflicting information when I do searches, with some people recommending a minimum of 300 words and some saying to try and go a 1000 for category pages. In regards to the links, I noticed a competitor has stopped following this format, so I'm unsure if I should keep going too. Is it too many links to have each of the products link back to the main catalogue and homepage? Is it good to have links with anchor text to the categories a product is in? There are breadcrumbs on the page with these links already. There are already have heaps of links on our pages (footer, and a right sidebar with image links to relevant categories), so my pages do get flagged for too many links. Thanks!

Use of '&' in meta title
Hi, I know that use of '&' would be helpful to save space and also add more keyword variation to the title tag. But just want to make sure if it matters if I use '&' in most of my title tags? And also is it common to use more than & in one title? Would the following title be different in Google's perspective regardless of the title length? Are Amazon meta tags efficient?
