Can we use Free domains (like .cf / .tk / .gq / .ml / .ga) for backlinks?
many times I Noticed that most of the website use .cf / .tk / .gq / .ml / .ga this domain for backlinks but when I click on this it shows me the error I want to know that how they get a do follow backlink from the Different free domain can I get backlinks from my free domain? if this possible then How? I've ran a back link check and discovered a good back link to a site which then gets redirected back to my company's website. I have a feeling that an old SEO agency has purchased a small website which has a decent link back from a relevant organisation with a high Domain authority and then redirects the domain to our website to get the link juice. What are your thought on this? Is this really bad practise and possibly damaging? Thanks, Jim0 -

BOTW listing
Okay, I've heard a lot about botw.org listing and how it should be on our list. So I dig down to my category, and according to seotoolbar, page does NOT show a google cache date. Well, wouldn't that be a wast of $150? Also, I think I'm in the wrong business. I'm seeing these HUGE fees for seo and link building services. Even just consulting is outrageously high. There has got to be an option for us little guys, but obviously professionals in the seo market are making a ton of money.

Which Directory Sites to Choose?
Hi All I am a newbie to SEO and have a quick Q. Assuming that appropriate steps would be to; a) Ensure all onsite matters are are correct, title tags, meta descriptions, redirects, canonical issues. b) Submit to Directories c) Build Links I am approaching step b) Which Directories are worth submitting to? For those which require payment, how can I decide which are value for money or should I just use SEOMOZ list of links and assume that theyre worth the $50 - $100 if my higher ranking competitors have links from these directories. Now, there are a number of do's and dont's when it comes to internal linking, but do those rules apply to news websites that have to interlink relevant news stories, primarily based on their relevancy to the user and the value that they have to provide rather than keeping the idea of page rank sculpting in mind?
